Κατά την πραγματοποίηση αλλαγών και επιστροφών, παρακαλούμε να έχετε υπόψη τα εξής:
- Τα προϊόντα που επιστρέφονται πρέπει να βρίσκονται στην ίδια κατάσταση στην οποία τα παραλάβατε.
- Όταν παραλάβουμε το δέμα σας, θα ελέγξουμε την κατάσταση των προϊόντων πριν προχωρήσουμε σε αλλαγή ή επιστροφή.
Πλήρης επιστροφή χρημάτων μόνο για λάθος ή ελαττωματικό προϊόν
Εάν έχετε παραλάβει ελαττωματικό προϊόν ή λάθος προϊόν και αποφασίσετε να το επιστρέψετε, θα πρέπει να μας στείλετε email στο info@exclusiveaudio.gr με μια φωτογραφία του λάθους ή ελαττωματικού προϊόντος.

- Πρώτα, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στα Κεντρικά Γραφεία μας: Αποστολοπούλου Ι. 79, Χαλάνδρι, 152 31, Ελλάδα, ή μέσω email στο [email protected].
- Συσκευάστε τα προϊόντα με ασφάλεια, κατά προτίμηση στην αρχική τους συσκευασία.
Ανταλλαγή Προϊόντων
Έχετε τη δυνατότητα να πραγματοποιήσετε αλλαγές με το ίδιο ή άλλο προϊόν μεγαλύτερης αξίας σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα Ελλήνων Σχεδιαστών με το προϊόν και την απόδειξη αγοράς σας. Μπορείτε επίσης να κάνετε αλλαγές μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού μας καταστήματος, αφού πρώτα επικοινωνήσετε με τα Κεντρικά μας Γραφεία στο τηλέφωνο +30 2106710851 ή μέσω email στο [email protected].
Αφού ελέγξουμε την κατάσταση των προϊόντων, θα σας επιστρέψουμε το κόστος των επιστραφέντων προϊόντων.
Σε περίπτωση πλήρους επιστροφής χρημάτων, το ποσό της αγοράς σας θα επιστραφεί πλήρως εντός 14 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημέρα που θα παραλάβουμε τα προϊόντα πίσω. Παρακαλούμε σημειώστε ότι τα έξοδα αποστολής βαρύνουν τον πελάτη.
