Returns Policy

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange your product.

When making changes and returns, please keep the following in mind:

• Returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them.
• When we receive your package, we will check the condition of the products before proceeding with an exchange or return.

Full refund only for wrong or defective product

If you have received a defective product or the wrong product and decide to return it, you should email us at information@exclusiveaudio.gr with a photo of the wrong or defective product.

Procedure

1. First, contact us at our Head Office: Apostolopoulou I. 79, Chalandri, 152 31, Greece, or via email at [email protected].
2. Pack the products securely, preferably in their original packaging.

Product Exchange

You have the option to exchange your item for the same or a higher value product at any Greek Designers store with the product and your proof of purchase. You can also make changes through our online store, after first contacting our Head Offices on the phone +30 2106710851 or via email at [email protected].

After we check the condition of the products, we will refund you the cost of the returned products.

In the event of a full refund, your purchase amount will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
