  Crystal membrane guide

  Designed for low distortion

  Based on ELAC's Aluminum-Sandwich AS technology. Resembling the surface of a large crystal, the foil sealing stiffens the aluminum dome, reducing resonances and minimizing coloration, while improving power handling and dynamics. The drivers' voice coil design results in an expanded frequency range, and the speaker surround allows for longer cone paths for truly amazing volume and lower distortion, a unique engineering feat for a speaker of its size.
