STAX introduces a new SRM-400S semiconductor driver, the successor model to the SRM-353X.
STAX's specially designed low-noise DUAL FET is installed in the first stage. And the FET is also installed in the last stage. The characteristics of the right and left FETs are strictly measured. Selected FETs are installed as well as the SRM-700S. The SRM-400S follows the design and manufacturing method of the high-tech amplifier SRM-700S, whose FETs are installed in all stages.
In addition to the conventional power transformer for the high-voltage circuit, the SRM-400S is equipped with a new power transformer with winding for the low-voltage circuit. The low-voltage winding allows for improved energy efficiency and further energy savings and better sound quality than conventional driver units such as the SRM-353X.
The new chassis is installed, which is more rigid than the conventional model. The chassis has a hybrid structure that uses a lot of non-magnetic aluminum and further reduces the influence of environmental noise factors such as vibration. The inputs are RCA and XLR, the inputs are mutually exclusive. The specially made concentric dual-volume switch, which is common to STAX products, and the RCA PARALLEL OUT functions are installed as in conventional driving units. All electrical components are strictly selected taking into account the environment. Also, the sound quality and efficiency are improved. The full DC amplifier configuration, where the signal circuit does not include coupling capacitors, is one of the biggest traditional features.
The SRM-400S takes on the high-resolution sound, which is unique to the semiconductor circuit and the dynamic reproduction of low-frequency sound. At the same time, the good sound balance is further pursued by the SRM-353X. From low to high frequencies, the sound of each range is well-harmonized. Not only for the combination with the advanced lambda series, the SRM-400S is also ideal for upgrading from the entry-level SRS-3100. This is the promising new model covering from beginner to intermediate sounds, among the renewed driver series.

Full refund only for wrong or defective product

- Pack the products securely, preferably in their original packaging.
Product Exchange
You have the option to exchange your item for the same or a higher value product at any Greek Designers store with the product and your proof of purchase. After we check the condition of the products, we will refund you the cost of the returned products.
In the event of a full refund, your purchase amount will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
