Individual front panels with their own layouts can be created for the C18. Whether text or icons, all buttons can be individually labeled and their functions can be flexibly programmed using the Configurator.
In the Revox Multiuser 3.0 system, you can even assign dynamic favorites folders to buttons on your C18 Multiuser Wall Control thanks to alias assignment. Regardless of which favorites location a folder is in, what you name it or what content you add – by calling it up via the alias, this folder remains functional as long as it exists. Be it a playlist or a collection of your favorite radio stations – a quick press on the corresponding button and you will be taken to the stored folder. As soon as you are in the folder, you can of course navigate forwards and backwards using Next and Previous. You can even link to a specific content of the folder by using the hold function (long press) of the selected button. Here too, the function is retained via an alias, regardless of where the favorite is subsequently moved to.

Returns Policy
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange your product.
When making changes and returns, please keep the following in mind:
- Returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- When we receive your package, we will check the condition of the products before proceeding with an exchange or return.
Full refund only for wrong or defective product
If you have received a defective product or the wrong product and decide to return it, you should email us at information@exclusiveaudio.gr with a photo of the wrong or defective product.
Procedure

- Pack the products securely, preferably in their original packaging.
Product Exchange
You have the option to exchange your item for the same or a higher value product at any Greek Designers store with the product and your proof of purchase. You can also make changes through our online store, after first contacting our Head Offices on the phone +30 2106710851 or via email at [email protected].
After we check the condition of the products, we will refund you the cost of the returned products.
In the event of a full refund, your purchase amount will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
